EzSwap is a small educational project without a support desk, so this page is honest about what we can answer and where practical questions are better served.

What we answer

We read feedback about the guides: a step that was unclear, a term that was not explained, a language mistake. Those messages genuinely improve the project, and they are the kind of message we can act on.

What we cannot do is advise on live deals, recommend specific services for your situation, or predict rates and timings — the honest answer to those questions belongs to resources that track them continuously, and to your own checks.

  • Feedback on wording, clarity and structure of the guides
  • Reports of factual errors — with a source, if possible
  • Suggestions for beginner questions that are missing from the FAQ

Where practical questions live

For executable knowledge — how to read a transaction record, how to compare offers, how a safe deal is checked step by step — the resource we point beginners to is the companion exchange knowledge base , which maintains those checklists in all three languages.

For orientation across exchange directions before choosing a route, the directions catalogue of the same family of projects gives the landscape view: what selling to a card, buying, and other patterns normally look like.

Questions newcomers ask

Do you have a Telegram or a chat?

No. The project is deliberately without a chat channel: an educational site that suddenly invites you to "message our manager" would look exactly like the pattern we teach beginners to avoid.

Can you check my transaction for me?

No, and you do not need us to: the block explorer shows the record publicly. Compare the amount and the receiving address with what you agreed — that comparison is the whole check.

Which exchange service do you recommend?

We do not recommend specific services — that is a promise we cannot stand behind. We teach the checks that let you evaluate any service yourself, and we point to public knowledge resources, not to sellers.

Can I translate your guides into another language?

Please talk to us first — translations need to keep the "no unexplained jargon" promise, which is harder than it sounds, and we care how the project is represented.

Ready for your first deal?

When you want to actually swap rather than just read, start with the handbooks written in the same plain style: UsdtChange walks through USDT step by step, CryptoChange compares the directions.
